Hit back--you're not that far ahead
Obama ended his debate with the "I will work tirelessly...on your behalf" comment--I thought it was a powerful distinction between the two as McCain has seemed worn out by the campaign.
However, I am still uneasy even with the polls showing Obama ahead and didn't know why Obama never said the word, "deregulation." He should have taken the gloves off on McCain's record and philosophy with everyone so "angry" at the economic collapse.
Then when McCain brought up Ayers I thought it would be fair game to bring up the Keating 5. How has McCain even had a career after that episode? How has this not been brought up especially in light of all the "greed" on Wall St. exhibited again?
I think the old man still registered with his base and I'll only feel better on election night when the race has been called--hopefully.
